Na Koa Lani Canoe Club (NKL)

2025 Season Recreational Paddling Registration

Hi Everyone,
Just a few notes to help with getting registered for the 2025 Na Koa Lani Canoe Club (NKL) season. This is our first year using an online system.  Please review the member packet, and then complete the Membership Application online, below.

The Club will review your application, and send out an email letting you know if you are approved for membership, and provide you instruction to pay dues via Venmo. If you do not have Venmo, please speak to a board member about payment. Once payment is received from an approved applicant, then the person is officially a 2025 member for the full 2025 calendar year through December 31.

We offer special pricing & membership deals to all Active-Duty & Retired Service Members and their families.  If joining NKL as a Non-Military Member our dues are $180 for 2025.  As an Active-Duty or Retired Service Member your 2025 dues are $150…And that includes a second free membership for one dependent.

Na Koa Lani is a recreational club and NKL membership alone DOES NOT get you any status with the HCRA.  Therefore, you would NOT be eligible to participate in any of the HCRA races in pre-season, regatta, or long- distance season with ONLY this membership alone. However, like last year, we are partnering with New Hope (NH) Canoe Club for NKL members that would like to race and are not already also a racing club member.

Liz Jacobsen is our Race Director and contact for racing questions.

Thank you,
Your Na Koa Lani Outrigger Canoe Club Board
