In 2025, we will be using the newest online HCRA waiver, courtesy of our friends at OHCRA. No more pdfs, printing, or saving files – just open on your computer or phone, and sign using your mouse or finger.
New members, you’ll be asked to upload an image of your driver license, passport or other government issued id (Birth Cert for keiki). You’ll also want to have a photo of yourself for your paddler ID – no sunglasses, no hats, headshot only.
Form will be online here, January 1, 2025. Upon submission, you’ll receive your own email copy, and you’ll be returned to your club’s website for all the latest from your club.
