In 2025, we will be using the newest online system, courtesy of our friends at OHCRA. No more pdfs, printing, or saving files – just open on your computer or phone, and sign using your mouse or finger.
The Kai Oni membership application and HCRA and insurance waivers are all included in a single online doc, available starting Jan 1, right here!
New members, you’ll be asked to upload an image of your driver license, passport or other government issued id (Birth Cert for keiki). You’ll also want to have a photo of yourself for your paddler ID – no sunglasses, no hats, headshot only.
Form will be online here, January 1, 2025. Upon submission, you’ll receive your own email copy, and you’ll be returned to your club’s website for all the latest from your club.
